Notes
- Gada - OH360: Didn't count but it feels like the OH360 is around half the amount of 360.
- Gada - 10 min session: Easy. Taking the time with 8 min sessions and using it to learn the swings made the transition to 10 min easy. Time to look for Bamboo poles for a ~5kg Gada.
- Dead stop swings: Re-patterning the swing. Dead stops helps me find the leaks - mostly in connecting my left arm to my body on the left side down-swing. Was noticeable in the 32kg and plane obvious with the 36kg.
- No bent press: New block. Next post.
