Repeat Until Strong.

Today's practice: Towards the Timed "Sinister"
  • Goblet squats: 40-40-40; 3 sets of 5, 15 squats total
  • One-arm swings: 40-40-40-40-40; 10 sets of 10, 100 swings total.
  • Get-ups: 40-40-40-40-40; 10 sets of 1, 10 get-ups total (sum of left and right)
Lighter, but glycolytic session.

Today's practice: Towards the Timed "Sinister"
  • Goblet squats: 56 kg-48 kg-56 kg; 3 sets of 5, 15 squats total
  • Two-arm swings: 56kg-48 kg-56 kg-48 kg-56 kg; 10 sets of 10, 100 swings total.
  • Get-ups: 48-48-48-48-48; 10 sets of 1, 10 get-ups total (sum of left and right)
Bad sleep + not enough sleep - but good session. I was really surprised by how the get-ups felt (relatively) light and smooth.

Today's practice: Solid (Timed Test)
  • Goblet squats: 40-40-40; 3 sets of 5, 15 squats total
  • One-arm swings: 40-40-40-40-40; 10 sets of 10, 100 swings total - in 5 mins, 1-minute rest, and then
  • Get-ups: 40-40-40-40-40; 10 sets of 1, 10 get-ups total (sum of left and right) - in 10 minutes
Not easy - but not hard. Pretty good.

Today's practice: Towards the Timed "Sinister"
  • Goblet squats: 48 kg-56 kg-56 kg; 3 sets of 5, 15 squats total
  • Two-arm swings: 48 kg-56 kg-56 kg-56 kg-56 kg; 10 sets of 10, 100 swings total.
  • Get-ups: 48-48-48-48-48; 10 sets of 1, 10 get-ups total (sum of left and right)
New cycle - one more set with 56 kg. Again pretty solid and relatively easy session.

Yesterday's practice: Towards the Timed "Sinister"
  • Goblet squats: 16 kg; 3 sets of 5, 15 squats total
  • One-arm swings: 48 kg; 10 sets of 10, 100 swings total.
  • Get-ups: 48 kg; 10 sets of 1, 10 get-ups total (sum of left and right)
Training in the gym with a friend, not (as usual) in my courage corner.

One-hand swings feel light - building a strength reserve with 56 kg pays off.

Today's practice: Solid

  • One-arm swings: 40-40-40-40-40; 10 sets of 10, 100 swings total - in 5 mins, 1-minute rest, and then
  • Get-ups: 40-40-40-40-40; 10 sets of 1, 10 get-ups total (sum of left and right) - in 10 minutes
Not a timed session, but I would say pretty close to it - finished in less than 20 mins.

Again, training in the gym with a friend, not (as usual) in my courage corner, so no 56 kg. I need to move it to my gym.

Can you say a bit more about the new course in Jan 2021? I saw it mentioned on your instagram. I do a lot of cold water therapy on my own, so I'm intrigued. I've really enjoyed GGP so far and have especially been helped with my knees (no pain).
