Repeat Until Strong.

Today's practice: Towards the Timed "Sinister"
  • Goblet Squats: 3 sets of 5 with 48 kg, 15 squats total
  • One-arm swings: 10 sets of 7 with 48 kg in 5 mins, (7 swings every 30 secs), 70 swings total.
  • Get-ups: 10 sets of 1 with 48 kg (alternating left and right), 10 get-ups total.
Swings RPE: About 7 - not difficult, just right, I can pass the talk test after each set.
 
Today's practice: Towards the Timed "Sinister"
  • Goblet Squats: 3 sets of 5 with 56 kg, 15 squats total
  • One-arm swings: 10 sets of 10 with 56 kg, 100 swings in total.
  • Get-ups: 10 sets of 1 with 48 kg (alternating left and right), 10 get-ups in total.
Comfortable session.

Probably the easiest get-up session I ever did 48 felt really, really easy. I am surprised - I had to triple check the weight.

Well, 8 swings every 30 secs starts to be difficult - RPE somewhere around 7-8 (still good - but not exactly piece of cake). My first session, let's see how the next two sessions go.

RPE somewhere around 7-8. Better than the first session. Get-ups - easy! Happy!

RPE again somewhere around 7-8.
