Did you mean twice a week?I would recommend the Rogozhnikov program from PTTP professional. It is a twice a day PL program specifically designed to allow for maximal recovery. This would allow you to train other modalities like MMA. KB, etc on the off days. I currently run this with S&S on the off days. Works really, really well.

Now that you mentioned it, I remember that there were two options, the one I mentioned above and the 2 week blocks.
For the one I mentioned it went something like this:
Mon: PTTP
Tue: S&S
Thu: PTTP
Fri: S&S
