Dariusz Waluś,Team Leader, official StrongFirst country leader for Poland, Central Europe.
Former professional soldier. He has 32 years of experience in martial arts: Kyokushin Karate, Boxing, Kick Boxing, Sambo, Krav Maga.
Black Belt Krav Maga, creator of the Krav Maga Full Contact Fight method (FCF Krav Maga).
He trains strength sports for 25 years. Owner of the Iron Church gym.
In 2010 he received instructor qualifications from Pavel Tsatsouline, and founded Centrum Kettlebell Poland, which goal is to promote training with kettlebells according to Pavel Tsatsouline's training methods.
He is the first StrongFirst instructor in Poland. He is certified SFG2 / SFL / SFB.
His specialization is kettlebell training for combat sports.
