I would say that hangs have been the biggest game changer for me. I really missed them when i was out of town last week and needed it more than ever doing all that driving.Wed 7/6

Mile walk - Buddha has a foot thing going on and my heels are a bit tender so we're taking it easy for a few.
After the walk:
Some warm-up hangs, both passive and active, this is helping shoulders greatly, the impingement problem is gone.

Finally getting over being sick I think, it's breaking up and Buteyko breathing really helps clear crap out of lungs. Had a cough for the first time in years, not a bad case but definitely there. Max hold was 75 seconds higher than yesterday.. I'll take it
