Messed around and teated my pressing with the 40k
Did a CnP ladder 1(1,2,3) @32k.
Some swings with the 32 and 40k
Then tested out the CnP got multiple singles on the left with the 40k!
Very happy with this, the left side has been eluding me.
Multiple doubles on the right but the last effort i could only get 1.
Did some more swings with the 40k. Starting to get comfy with it.
Well done on the left hand pressing of the 40kg. Congratulations, it's always a Great feeling hitting certain milestones.

Feeling guilty that i skipped all the pull ups in rop and ive never really specifically programmed pull-ups so im starting the 3rm fighter pull up program to go along with the giant. Im prolly closer to 5rm but im scared of that volume rn so im gonna play it safe and build up conservatively.

Classic pull up grip, explosive. These are feeling stronger already!
Playing around with some 20k bottoms up presses while watching the fights. Crushing the handle.

3 miles of running with the kids on their bikes.
Birthday party at a trampoline park, 2 hours of jumping, climbing, flipping and dodgeballing. Was quite a workout.

Nice. Now in my mid fifties I have come to the conclusion that no longevity routine is complete without including some of those things that we did as kids - jumping, climbing, tumbling, balancing etc.
