Couldn’t handle even a light bell without the handle painfully digging into the tear from last session. Took out a chunk of skin as big as my thumbnail. So I called it here for today.

Excellent session. My overall movement-body-insight is improving a lot. My form probably looks the same, but it's starting to feel a lot more tuned in and tight. The running and the snatching both seem to help here, and seem to help each other too.

Mace plays a huge role too, I can't believe how it's helped me, all good stuff my man!
Yes, the mace has been an enormously powerful learning tool! Nothing else has helped my snatch as much. There's a boatload of carryover between the two. It's a match made in heaven second only to steak and potatoes.

01.01 - Way hung over. I know better than to mix lots of wine and lots of beer. Never ends well for me.

West Texas weather is something. Got around 6” of snow NYE, then today it’s almost 60 degrees with a UV index of 3 and I’m laying out in the sun for an hour. Gotta love it! ?️
