Every day: Long walk in the evening. Except 06.19 - went for a walk with my buddy in a local bog. A little less mileage, but it was very fun; no paved path, plenty of roots to trip on, etc. Afterwards went to Big Eds bbq for take out and drank beer. Good times.

I used to train there, but I discontinued somewhere around January. I was going to do the SFG1 in Chicago at the end of March, and had been training at home to save time driving so I could hit daily cardio work. Since the SFG was moved to July 31st, I've been continuing to train as normal to prepare.That's right, you go to the gym north of there....thanks, I will have to try that place one of these days!
