Hour long fasted walk, AM
PM:
Snatch
24k x 04s x 5r
32k x 06s x 5r
24k x 10s x 5r
Rest 5:00
Mace
8k x 16s x 5r
Excellent session. First few sets of mace work were a bit shaky due to the snatch sets with the 32k, but then I remembered the dynamic grip lessons and it smoothed out. These two lifts together are exactly what I need at the moment. I'm enthusiastic about training again, which is nice.

Mace work was tough after the sets of 10 snatches. I need to take my time on the mace work and feel free to reset my grip between reps to keep it smooth. Snatches I need to play chicken with the bell, keeping my hips locked up a moment longer in the drop.
This session was challenging. Had to breathe out through the mouth for several breaths after the sets of snatch. Worked up a really good sweat too.

Could be a seasonal change, I've been sleeping more too bro, which is rare and a good thingAhh, feeling good again. My feet, hips, obliques, and low back needed this restful weekend. I was oddly worn out!
Running in the wind blows.. nyuk nyuktough to keep pace running in and out of the gusts.
At least it keeps me cool! without freezing me to death like the Chicago wind full of ice and sleet and nasty s*** would do. ??Running in the wind blows.. nyuk nyuk
