@taro I am doing very extensive research of the old-time strongman dumbbell practice. History > theory > practice > history > theory... For time being, I do only relatively light technique practice throughout the day (usually around 25-30 kg dumbbell), 2-3 reps - swings, snatches, cleans, presses, bent presses. Some of the drills are very similar to what we do with the kettlebells, some of them quite different. More info coming soon, it is a part of a bigger project, and I am very excited about it.
