Senior StrongFirst Certified Instructor, StrongFirst Elite, and Certified Kettlebell & Functional Movement Specialist (CK-FMS) Alexey is originally Russian. He's got his first Kettlebell as a gift from his grandpa for his eigth birthday. Ever since, he's been using Kettlebells along with barbells and bodyweight exercises (thanks to gymnastics background) in his personal training.


Alexey is the owner of RedStarKettlebell and co-founder of Zanshin Athletics (France). Both companies' mission is to promote StrongFirst school of strength in France and in french-speaking countries across the world. Alexey considers himself first and foremost as a student of strength, always on the quest for technical proficiency and for strength as expression of health.

There are very few occasions in a life to meet real a real teacher.
A person who really understand the full spectrum of training methodoly, principles of strength and who really represent and live by these standards.
A person who inspire with strength , rectitude and comprehension as a human being.

The incarnation of the quiet professional, Alexey is the right coach for you, if you are serious about strength and movement quality. His coaching eye and attention to detail are second to none.
Just as an example, it took him just five minutes to correct my form and have me achieve a clean one-arm one-leg pushup. I had been working on it for weeks, and he fixed it in 5 minutes. The value of a great coach...
