Analisa NaldiSince 2001, Analisa has been coaching on how to move safely, efficiently, and with strength. Her students include an array of competitive and recreational athletes, of all ages and abilities. Analisa brings a background that includes Hardstyle Kettlebell, Barbell, and Bodyweight Instruction (StrongFirst Certified Team Leader), Olympic Weightlifting, Functional Range Conditioning (FRCms), Flexible Steel (Certified Level 2), Original Strength (OS Pro Instructor), youth program design, Physical Education, Balanced Body Pilates Reformer education, and Vinyasa/Forrest Yoga experience.
She focuses her time and passion in educating her students on healthy, sustainable ways for them to move and learn specific to their lifestyles. Her techniques for motivating and educating her students include realistic goal setting and implementation, tiny habits, and activities to compliment performance objectives. This enables her students to fully engage in their progress, get educated, and empowered.
Her current personal fitness regimen is simple. Practice. Lift. Swing. Get-Up. Push. Pull. Hang. Balance. Crawl. Go Inverted. If she can’t do it, she adds it to her regimen and learns how. She’s game for anything active that challenges the body and mind, preferably one that will start with the sun rising and ending with her acquiring new skills and a level of respect for herself, her abilities, and those that participated with her. And regardless of the weather this farm-raised, California born Italian girl is on a surfboard, wake-board, or stand-up paddle board somewhere nearby.
Creating community through movement, education, and healthy habits is at her core; more than a fun bi-product, she believes it is the foundation of what helps create life changing experiences. Analisa has the pleasure of also teaching as a local corporate wellness coach, a regular guest instructor at Rancho La Puerta in Tecate, Mexico, and is a Lululemon alumni-Ambassador.

REVIEWS FOR ANALISA NALDI

I contacted Analisa a few months ago in order to get help to prepare for SFG1. What makes her unique is her attention to detail, professionalism, enthusiasm, humility, ability to use time efficiently and design efficient programs. Within minutes of my first training session, she was able to spot my leaks and gave me some homework to help plug those leaks. I have made more progress in terms of both strength and conditioning in the last 3 months following her programs compared to the previous year. My lower back is also much looser than before, so I feel better performing my daily tasks.

I had the pleasure of attending Analisa's kettlebell course. She is an incredible instructor! We had just the right mix of fun and work. Analisa is warm and funny which made the class all the better. Your strength skills will suffer if you make the poor life choice to miss her training!

Analisa is called an Iron Maiden for a reason. She lives strong as an athletic and social example. As a coach myself, I can attest to the progressive qualities of her technique correction. She is really great at nourishing strengths while pushing my athletic skills to their max. I'm glad to review such a solid human being and I hope you too can get the chance to share time with her!

Analisa is one of the strongest people I know. Not just for her accomplishment ( Iron Maiden, 375DL...), but for who she is as a person. No matter if met her for 2 minutes or known her for years, you will automatically be her friend. Her quest for knowledge and her humility make her someone you want to associate with. She is strong because she is smart. She is smart because she's strong! I have been fortunate to work with her a few times and every time its a blast!
