Jeremy Layport

profilephoto01-001370000076TlIAAUJeremy Layport is currently a strength and conditioning coach and owner of Physical Culture gym in Paso Robles, CA. He trains adults of all ages as well as youth athletes from middle school through college.
Jeremy has been a collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coach for the last 13 years, most notably at the University of Colorado (2015-2017).  He received his master's degree in exercise physiology (2006) from San Jose State University while working there from 2004 to 2011.  He received his under graduate degree in exercise science and sports medicine from California Lutheran University from 1998 to 2002.  While at Cal Lutheran University Jeremy was an All Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC)  football pick, team captain (2001,2002), and voted most inspirational member of the Kingsmen football team. Post football, Jeremy has competed in Olympic style weightlifting and most recently qualified for the American Open. Jeremy has also competed in raw powerlifting (2014). In 2006, Jeremy became the third person to pass the Beast Tamer Challenge.
