- I'm loving the violence of the Swing. Every rep is like throwing a punch or kick. My goal is to launch this bell as far as I can forward. Like a bow and arrow.
- I'm loving the "softness" of the Turkish Get Up. Every movement is done with purpose, smoothly and quietly. It's honestly bliss.
- The stretching is really feeling fantastic before bed. I stand up afterwards and feel like a new man. It's a strange feeling of freedom through the hips.
- My hands are getting a little bit beat up. I may be over-gripping the bell or I just need to take care of my calluses more.
