Bodyweight Murph Challenge Training

First time running MURPH, no practice, just usual stuff, and have not been able to jog since 4/27. Told myself I'd run it today if my knee felt reasonable.
The miles were holding a #22 KB, pullups were hanging a #22 KB, pushups and squats were #20 in a back pack. 1:44:48. Slow, but done.
Thanks for the thread @renegadenate , otherwise I would not have done.

"Murph" complete with a slight modification

22lb (10kg) vest

1 mile run

20 rounds - 5 dead hang pullups, 10 pushups w/ handles (feet elevated), 10 walking lunges (per leg)
***Total Volume - 100 pullups, 200 pushups, 200 lunges per leg***

1 mile run

Don, this is awesome!

I'm proud of you for going for it despite the knee. And holding a 22lb Kettlebell is no joke!
