  • 3(1,2) Horizontal Pull Up
  • 9 Minute Medium Effort 24kg Various Swings
 
Rite of Passage : Variety Day
  • 5(1) 28kg Turkish Get Up
Grease the Groove style on my day off from work. Every match I finished in my video games was followed by a Turkish Get Up single left/right.
