Alcides Aleman is a StrongFirst Certified SFG Level II Instructor, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, tenth grade English teacher, and brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Chris Might. He also holds a Master of Arts in Teaching. The focus of his programming and coaching is primarily minimalist and combat sport based, including Jiu-Jitsu, mixed martial arts, and football. As a Strength and Conditioning Specialist for Combat Sports, he coached Devhonte Johnson to become the 2021 IBJJF No-Gi Black Belt World Champion and to take third place at the IBJJF World Championship in 2022.
