Analisa Naldi, MA, CSCS, Strong First Team Leader, has been a lifetime student-athlete, and since 2001, has been coaching on how to move safely, efficiently, and with strength. Her students include an array of competitive and recreational athletes, of all ages and abilities. Analisa brings a background that includes strength training practices, Hardstyle Kettlebell Instruction (Strong First Team Leader), Olympic Weightlifting, Functional Range Conditioning (FRCms), Original Strength (OS Pro Instructor), youth program design, Physical Education, Balanced Body Pilates Reformer education, and Vinyasa/Forrest Yoga experience.
She focuses her time and passion in educating her students on healthy, sustainable ways for them to move and learn specific to their lifestyles. Her techniques for motivating and educating her students include realistic goal setting and implementation, tiny habits, and activities to compliment performance objectives. This enables her students to fully engage in their progress, get educated, and empowered.
She is an Iron Maiden and placed 1st in the Women’s Elite Division TSC Spring 2018.
