Jason started training with kettlebells after reading “Enter the Kettlebell” in 2011. That was the beginning of what has become his life’s passion as a strength coach and business owner. Since then, Jason has studied and accumulated a long list of credentials: CSCS, SFG Level II, SFL, and USAW L2 Weightlifting Coach.
Program design is another passion of his and he dedicates a lot of time to learning from the best—especially StrongFirst and Pavel. He attended the All-Terrain Conditioning™, PlanStrong™, and Strong Endurance™ seminars and credits them for fundamentally influencing how he programs.
Jason is the owner of Iron Monkey Strength, a StrongFirst gym in New York, and father of two children. He is also the president of the Iron Monkey Strength Weightlifting team and a competitive masters athlete and coach.
