In 2009, Jen earned her initial kettlebell instructor qualification and became a Certified Kettlebell Functional Movement Specialist in 2010. In September 2013, Jen attended StrongFirst Level II in Philadelphia and earned both her Level I and Level II certifications. Since then, she completed the SFL and SFB. Jen is also a certified Youth Fitness Specialist.
