Based in Oregon, Mira Kwon Gracia uses kettlebells, barbells, and competitive Olympic weightlifting to achieve her strength training goals. As a coach, witnessing 15 years’ worth of the profound physical, mental, and emotional improvements strength training offers, her coaching practice has transformed into a journey to empower the individual. Mira currently works with athletes of all levels to build lasting results, durability, and resiliency in her students. She is the co-founder of Industrial Strength where she coaches the gym’s Olympic lifting program and competition team. Mira believes strongly in continuing education attending instructional seminars like Second Wind with Pavel Tsatsouline and The Art of Coaching with Ursula Papendrea. She is the 2022 Masters World Weightlifting Champion of the fifty-year-old/55kg weight class on behalf of the United States of America, the 2021 Masters Pan American Weightlifting Champion in fifty-year-old/55kg weight class, an Advanced Sports Performance Coach and Club Coach with the USAW, a StrongFirst Certified Senior Instructor (StrongFirst Elite, SFG II, SFL, and SFB instructor).
