Wes Pomarensky is a CSEP-CEP, FMS Level II, SFB, SFL based in Winnipeg, Manitoba. He has worked in the fitness industry since receiving his Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology from the University of Winnipeg in 2012.
Wes believes in building a solid foundation of movement and physical literacy on which various fitness and athletic goals may be achieved. He has worked with various populations ranging from chronic disease care, injured workers as well as high school athletes.
In addition to his work in the fitness industry, Wes is an NCCP Learning Facilitator for Sport Manitoba, delivering education to coaches in multiple sports across the province.
