Jean-François is a French instructor based in Bratislava, Slovakia. He teaches strength, flexibility, and breathing techniques to real-life individuals, who have a job, a family, and want to stay in good physical condition without spending all their time at the gym. Leading a full-time consultancy role and having a family himself, he understands first-hand the need for efficient, minimalist training.
