“Common sense and a sense of humor.” Lucy is a NCCP trained coach and master coach developer. Her mission is to inspire, encourage and motivate people on their path to fitness, starting wherever they are right now. Lucy is now dedicated to pursuing strength training and helping other runners injury-proof their bodies. She is an ambassador for running in her hometown of Victoria, BC, and finishes each week happily coaching at “Up and Running,” her run group for girls.
