Malou Fehlbaum is a 36-year-old scuba diving instructor from Switzerland. She is also a former Border Police Officer in the K9 unit and a former truck driver. Malou is always “on the road,“ constantly seeking new challenges in both sport and life to enjoy life to the fullest.
She discovered a passion for strength training, especially with kettlebells, through CrossFit in 2015 and received her SFG Level I in 2017. Since then she has focused her training on kettlebells, because they’re simply the most efficient tool to use, especially as a world traveler.
In July 2020, Malou successfully completed the “Sinister” Challenge and in 2021 she even had the audacity to prepare for and pass all StrongFirst certifications by using only bodyweight and kettlebell training.
